Executive Officer, Community Partnerships
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Executive Officer to join our Community Partnerships team.
Based in Singapore and reporting to the Manager, the incumbent will support the team in stakeholder engagement, secretariat, administrative and support role.

What You'll Do
- You will assess sponsorship requests in accordance to set guidelines and principles; liaise with requestor for details in a timely manner.
- You will track and monitor entitlements, project budget, status, progress and KPIs and review of project effectiveness and ROI as
needed. - You will organize, plan and ensure smooth execution of community events including but not limited to supporting event registration, F&B and logistical arrangements, as and when required.
- You will manage event volunteers and interact with them to build relations, as well as collating feedback on our community initiatives.
- You will identify, nurture, and support new and existing community partners, meeting secretariat and administrative roles; assist with staff volunteerism programmes and other community partnership initiatives as needed.
Who You Are
- Tertiary education preferred, and passionate about social purpose.
- 2 years of working experience in community relations/partnerships, CSR/volunteerism, stakeholder engagement or related field (i.e. event management, sponsorship).
- Knowledge and experience in the non-profit sector would be ideal.
- You have good verbal & written communications skills and analytical skills, with initiative and self-motivation to function independently.
- You should have excellent people & interpersonal skills to manage internal and external stakeholders.
- You should have strong administrative and event management skills, with a keen eye for details and follow through end-to-end.
- You should be resourceful in problem-solving & resilient in overcoming challenges.
- You should be an excellent team player.
